PRESIDENT & CEO
Bob Goldsmith led BCMS’s formal entry into the North American market in 2006. He has advised many dozens of companies on issues relating to their sale, corporate growth, and international expansion.
A veteran of the global M&A market, Paul joined BCMS as its Executive Chairman in 2013.
Paul previously worked for Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Capital.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Philip most recently spent 20 years at GE Capital primarily in the mergers & acquisitions group as Managing Director focused on acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships in their consumer finance business.
Senior Transaction Advisory Leadership
Jon Byun is a senior deal leader at BCMS and has over 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry across several significant M&A platforms.
Glenn Harrison is a highly seasoned investment banker with vast corporate finance and M&A expertise, having executed more than 40 announced transactions totaling approximately $18 billion since 2005.
Usmaan Kitchlew, based in our Toronto office, has more than 14 years of global experience in providing strategic and financial advice to entrepreneurs and company leaders.
Andy Wood is a senior deal leader in North America based in Texas in the Dallas/Fort Worth office, and has a combined 16 years of experience with BCMS in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Business Development and Operations
Gary Stehle has more than 20 years experience as a business owner, deal maker, advisor and business development executive.
Ari Paget has met with and advised hundreds of business owners for BCMS, and draws on his extensive international and financial background to help each entrepreneur develop a successful exit strategy.
With 15 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industries, Tom ensures every BCMS seminar is run professionally.
As Senior Account Manager, Lisa Dunlap supports our seminar program and works alongside our Business Development SVPs. She is based in our Cleveland, Ohio office.
As Senior Operations Analyst, Beth Rieger supports our seminar program and works alongside our Business Development SVPs. She is based in our Cleveland, Ohio office.
Senior Account Manager Mandy Fosco is part of our West Coast account team, working with business owners who are considering a sale. Mandy is based in our Cleveland, Ohio office.
As Operations Manager, Lyn oversees many of our critical administrative functions, including bookkeeping, accounting, and employment-related issues for all BCMS offices in the US and Canada.
Aaron is the senior member of our research department in North America and supervises our activities to identify the most likely domestic and international prospective buyers for our clients.
Jessica is a Senior Project Manager in our Dallas/Fort Worth office where she is an integral part of each transaction team responsible for the coordination and communication between team members and our clients.
Emily joined BCMS in March of 2017. She is a Project Manager within our transaction team responsible for ensuring all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are met on a timely basis.
