Applied Management Consultants acquired by TELUS Health Solutions
Calgary, AB (May 25, 2012) – Northern Edge is pleased to announce the acquisition of Applied Management Consultants, Ltd., a healthcare consulting and business intelligence firm, by TELUS Health Solutions (TSX: T, T.A; NYSE: TU). The transaction was led by Todd Stephens with the support of Esther Pham from the Calgary, AB office. Northern Edge served as the exclusive advisor to Applied Management Consultants, Ltd.
Owners of Applied Management Consultants, Ltd engaged Northern Edge to take the company to the next level by means of an acquisition. After numerous meetings it became apparent that TELUS Health Solutions would be the best strategic fit for Applied Management.
